Provisionally registered with Ahpra while undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology, Stacey continues to broaden her professional scope and deepen her practice. As Co-Founder of SalSea, Stacey is committed to creating safe, respectful environments where growth unfolds at each person’s own pace.
Known for her ability to blend professional insight with creativity, Stacey develops strategies that honour each person’s strengths and lived experience. She is skilled at navigating complex systems, advocating for client needs, and designing practical supports that foster calm, capability, and long‑term wellbeing.
As Stacey moves through her pathway to clinical psychology registration, she draws on her academic grounding in psychological science and mental health to shape a trauma‑informed, neuroaffirming approach that reflects SalSea’s values of psychological safety and empowerment.
In her role as founder, Stacey develops services that promote dignity, equity, and connection, making sure each person feels respected and supported.

Sally is a thoughtful and values‑driven Behaviour Support Practitioner and Co‑Founder of SalSea. Her work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for steady, meaningful growth. She partners with individuals, families, and support networks to develop evidence‑informed strategies that enhance wellbeing, reduce distress, and create calm, supportive environments.
Sally holds provisional registration with Ahpra and is currently completing her final years of training toward general registration as a psychologist. Sally brings her strong foundation in psychological science and mental-wellbeing knowledge to her work with NDIS participants. Additionally, Sally draws on her extensive senior leadership experience across finance, compliance, service, strategy, and governance, to blend analytical clarity with genuine compassion.
With service delivery across both metropolitan and regional communities, Sally's approach is person‑centred, trauma‑informed, and shaped by SalSea’s commitment to empowerment, collaboration, and cultural safety.
